We use publicly available business information together with information provided directly by managers and information collected as part of our verification process. We don't sell manager or owner data.
Three sources
Publicly available business information — business and company registers, public licensing and registration records, and public business listings.
Information supplied by managers — anything a manager adds when they claim or complete their profile, such as service areas, portfolio size, specialisms and contact details.
Verification information — documents and details collected when we verify a business, such as ABN or trading name, insurance, licensing, service areas and references.
How that information is used
The platform uses only the information necessary to create and verify a manager's profile and to match managers with suitable buildings. We don't sell manager or owner data, and we don't pass owner details to anyone outside the verified managers on a committee's shortlist.
Correcting or removing information
Managers can correct any detail on their profile at any time, and can ask for a listing to be removed.
