How are managers ranked?

Ranking is based on three things: FitScore (how well a manager's experience, service area and capacity match the specific building), response and completion performance over the previous 30 days, and verified reviews. Managers are not ranked by management fee, and ranking can't be bought.

The ranking is designed to answer "which managers are the best fit for this particular building?" rather than "which manager is cheapest?"

The three ranking inputs

1. FitScore. How well a manager's experience, service area and capacity match the particular building and the committee's stated requirements.

2. Response time and completion score. Including median time to quote and median first response over the previous 30 days. Managers who reply quickly and follow through rank higher.

3. Verified reviews. Google reviews plus reviews from owners corporations that actually appointed that manager through the platform.

What ranking is not

A manager isn't simply ranked according to their management fee, and a cheaper quote doesn't automatically rank first. Advertising spend, subscription tier and unlock volume have no effect on ranking.
