Yes — completely free for owners and committees, with no obligation. There is no markup added to your management fees and we never take referral fees from suppliers.

Will managers cold-call me?

No. Your details are never sent to a mass list. Only the suitable managers on your shortlist see your building details, and only after you've confirmed you'd like quotes.

How long does it take to get my shortlist?

Most committees receive their free shortlist within 2–5 business days.

Do I have to switch managers if I get a quote?

Not at all. There's no obligation at any point. Many committees use the comparison simply to benchmark their current manager.

Will my current strata manager find out?

Not from us. We don't contact your current manager. You stay in control of when and how to give notice.

What if our contract hasn't ended yet?
